Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Matron to enhance safety, experience and outcomes for people using the Older Person Community services in West Norfolk. You will provide leadership and clinical guidance to the team while contributing to the implementation of strategic plans and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in health/social care and registration with NMC/HCPC.
• Masters level degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in mental health clinical services and in managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in NHS settings and clinical performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and accountability for services, ensuring standards of care meet CQC and local/national quality standards.
• Lead and support the team to deliver high quality care and drive improvements.
