Job summary

Marshall Audi Exeter is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join our aftersales team. You will work on complex diagnostics and repairs, using the latest Audi technology and training to advance your technical career.

This full-time 45-hour per week role includes a competitive base salary (£48,829) with uncapped OTE (£51,995), life assurance, a pension, generous leave and exclusive discounts on servicing and purchases.

Qualifications

• Master Technician Level 3 qualification required (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience with complex diagnostics and servicing; electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, diagnostic, warranty and repair work on a range of vehicles.
• Perform mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Support less skilled technicians, guiding them to be efficient.
