Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician for an automotive dealership in Trafford Park. You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults to manufacturer standards, and mentor junior technicians.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £44,600 with an uncapped bonus (OTE up to £48,800), a 4-day week option, 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, pension and life assurance, and extensive manufacturer training including EV and MOT.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Master Technician within the motor trade.
• Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manufacturer training, EV, MOT, or F-Gas certifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults as a Master Technician
• Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Support and mentor junior technicians in the workshop environment
• Accurately complete job cards, digital reports, and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Keep technical knowledge current through manufacturer training and certifications
