Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Poole, UK, seeks an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician/Master Mechanic to join its established workshop. You will lead shop floor operations, perform advanced diagnostics, and ensure high-quality, first-time fixes on high-spec vehicles.

Candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), 3+ years post-qualification experience, a full UK driving licence, and own hand tools. Training and development are provided in a RAC-approved setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification workshop experience with strong diagnostic capabilities.
• Independent problem-solving mindset and a commitment to high standards.
• Full UK driving licence And own hand tools; prestige/4x4/commercial experience is a major plus.
