Join us in an exciting opportunity as our Senior Mashgiach (Kosher Food Supervisor), where you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of kosher dietary compliance.
As our Senior Mashgiach, you will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to kosher dietary laws (kashrut) throughout food preparation and handling processes. This includes collaboration with kitchen staff, suppliers, and management to maintain exceptional kosher compliance standards. You will supervise the mashgiach, liaise with stakeholders and management, conduct briefings with kitchen staff, work with front-line teams on resources, and assist in the smooth running of the kashrut process, including staff training when required.
This position is from 7am to 4:30pm, 5 days per week, totaling 42.5 hours including breaks.
