SENIOR MARTECH MANAGER – 24-MONTH FTC

£70,000 - £80,000

THE COMPANY

This is an exciting time to get involved as they expand their presence and innovation across luxury sectors.

THE ROLE

This role focuses on evaluating and optimising the company’s Martech stack, including data infrastructure, AI-driven segmentation, and CRM strategy, with a key project centered on migrating and enhancing their VIP clientelling platform (VO2). You'll support the migration of their Customer Data Platform (CDP) to Zeta, overseeing data management, testing, campaign migration, and improving CRM data quality. The role also involves mapping data flows, defining KPIs, supporting governance frameworks, and helping bring marketing campaigns to life through a new integrated CDP and ESP system.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • MarTech experience with a focus on CRM – migration experience and range of tools will be preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Project management skills – working cross-functionally
  • Strong understanding in various Martech tools/platforms in a CRM context
