Job summary:

The Sr. Marketing Specialist will be responsibilities for the execution of the company’s demand generation and marketing communications across ASEAN and Taiwan, in support of the organisational business strategy, market goals and objectives. He/She must be proactive, detail-oriented and equipped with a hands-on approach and strong sense of accountability towards delivering and implementing marketing initiatives with optimal business outcomes.

Reporting to IB/Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be given opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement demand-generation and marketing communications tactics to support the brand strategy and help build strong pipeline.
  • Work closely with suppliers & partners on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage roll-out, updates and leads tracking for all campaigns and report regularly on specific and pre-defined.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand image across all mediums including website, collateral, presentations, events, social media, PR and industry forums.
  • Manage daily tactical activities of the IB/Marketing Department, including events logistics, sales requests and collateral/presentation design, fulfillment and development.
  • Manage daily updates, develop innovative content, perform maintenance and demand generation activities from the company’s website.
  • Collaborate with regional sales management to develop effective regional marketing, bid marketing and field communication programs.
  • Manage logistics for press release distribution, database updates and collection and reporting of media clippings.
  • Review progression of programs effectiveness across all business units to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with minimally 3 years of business-to-business marketing and communications experience the Info-Communications sector, or its equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal (internal, external and cross-cultural). Problem-solving and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support regional initiatives like assist in crafting out digital content and aid in revamping and maintaining company’s website.
  • Positive attitude and self-driven with high levels of initiative and responsibility.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities, multi-task and respond well to pressure.
  • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in desktop publishing applications and HTML is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and within a given budget.
  • Must be prepared to adopt a flexible approach to working.
