The Role

The company is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, smart, curious, articulate, and detail-oriented senior marketing professional for a full-time position, starting immediately. The role involves strategic engagement with a multi-stakeholder initiative in the pharmaceutical industry, requiring previous communications experience in this sector.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Management team, other team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing communication strategies for multi-stakeholder initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Chairing and coordinating communications working groups.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Managing partner engagement and approval processes.
• Leading the creation of marketing materials.
• Managing partner/client websites and social media presence.
• Leading media outreach efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical communications is preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainability and circularity in packaging is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders with varying views.
• Ability to articulate a commercial marketing communications strategy at C-suite level.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in creating communication assets and pitch decks.
• Design flair and familiarity with platforms like Monday.com.
• Experience with WordPress, PowerPoint, and social media marketing.
• Excellent writing skills and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
