Are you passionate about strategic marketing planning, data-driven insights, and performance analysis? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in LEGO Retail.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Deliver strategic commercial and marketing plans, along with budget recommendations based on data and insights; align marketing budget allocation with annual commercial plan priorities; maintain adequate funding throughout the year.
  • Marketing Effectiveness and Optimization: Drive marketing effectiveness across LR channels (stores and digital platforms); optimize the full funnel marketing mix; challenge and develop the global marketing planning process; leverage CRM / CLV insights.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; be part of the LR Marketing Planning and Performance team to foster synergy.

What We Expect from You

  • Several years’ experience in strategic marketing planning, budget management, and/or marketing performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis and interpreting large datasets into actionable insights.
  • A continuous improvement mentality.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools.
  • Pragmatic, structured, and open working style.
