What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, print, and events.
- Use audience insights and performance data to guide decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
- Create compelling content across digital and offline channels—think social posts, emails, landing pages, prospectuses, and more.
- Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, admissions, academics, and campus teams to align messaging and maximise impact.
- Manage key agency and stakeholder relationships, acting as the go-to marketing contact for multiple dBs campuses.
- Support digital performance through SEO, CRM, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Lead reporting, analysis, and improvement cycles using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social insights.
- Embrace and champion new technologies (including AI tools) to drive efficiency and creativity in marketing practices.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in education or youth-focused sectors.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy to reporting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to turn complex messages into engaging content.
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders—including agencies and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and content creation processes.
- A positive, collaborative, and proactive mindset with a student-centred approach to storytelling.
- Experience in Higher Education? Great.
- Comfortable with AI tools and emerging trends? Even better.
- Experience running focus groups or collecting student feedback? A real bonus.
