Role Overview

Sitting between our marketing and new business teams, you will streamline operations and manage our lead generation activities. You will lead all local (UK) marketing efforts, including localising and executing the marketing strategy for the UK, and managing local marketing channels. Your skills in marketing and new business development, along with collaboration with senior agency leaders, will facilitate strategic prospect outreach, production of marketing and sales collateral, paid lead generation campaigns, and pipeline measurement. Your primary focus will be on driving leads and nurturing connections with prospective clients through a multidisciplinary/multichannel approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of all marketing activities aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Research and propose ideas and opportunities to promote the company and its services.
  • Implement outbound campaigns to nurture leads throughout the buying process and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage the production and creation of online campaigns and suggest creative outreach ideas.
  • Ensure marketing efforts drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor marketing qualified leads and refer new business opportunities to senior team members.
  • Utilize marketing and sales communication channels to drive lead generation strategies across multiple segments.
  • Assist the Global Head of Marketing and International Client Engagement Director with paid lead generation campaigns, including development, execution, and tracking.
  • Identify opportunities within priority verticals and key service areas.
  • Support the Client Engagement team with sales collateral, case studies, and other assets.
  • Manage prospect outreach tactics, such as event attendance, networking, and awards.
  • Report weekly on key metrics like prospect touchpoints, conversations, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent and relevant sales materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance data and contribute to global marketing reports covering website performance, mailers, advertising, and social media activity.
  • Track and respond to engagement on social media platforms.
  • Analyze data to make informed campaign and investment recommendations.
  • Prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports on local marketing activities.

About You

  • Deep knowledge of marketing, digital strategy, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, email marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Client service experience, preferably from an agency background.
  • Strong desire to hunt for and convert new business to contribute to growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive in implementing and streamlining lead generation and sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
