The Role

We’re hiring a high-level Marketing Manager to take full ownership of all things marketing for a rapidly growing personal brand and business coaching company.

This is a full-time contractor role for someone HEAVILY EXPERIENCED who can hit the ground running... not just creating strategic content, but leading marketing campaigns, putting together events, and delivering RESULTS across organic, paid, and full-funnel marketing.

You must be an experienced marketing all-rounder, confident in everything from direct-response copywriting, building high-ticket sales funnels, proven social media growth, landing pages, lead generation, paid ads across Meta, YouTube & PPC, and content strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for developing and executing a full 360° marketing strategy that grows the personal brand of our CEO and drives results across all core areas of the business:

• Leading our organic marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email
• Building and managing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google PPC)
• Creating and overseeing high-converting sales landing pages, funnels, lead magnets, and email sequences
• Planning and delivering online and in-person events, including all related marketing
• Owning and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, launches, and evergreen content
• Driving visibility and reach through social content, repurposing, and performance strategy
• Coaching our business owner clients on marketing strategies, content, and visibility
• Managing and coordinating freelancers, creatives, or junior team members where needed
• Growing our podcast to top 1% worldwide (currently a top 5% podcast worldwide)

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with DESIRE, HUNGER and EAGERNESS to build a powerful world-leading brand. You will lead us, not the other way around.

You are a seasoned marketing leader with the experience, confidence, and initiative to fully own this role. You’ve built personal brands before and know exactly what it takes to grow a founder-led business.

You must have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing (agency, coaching, or personal brand experience preferred)
• A proven track record growing personal brands through organic social media and content strategy
• Strong command of organic lead generation and paid media - Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google PPC, YouTube Ads
• Experience with copywriting, funnel building, email marketing, and campaign execution
• Confidence to coach business owners and speak strategically about growth, visibility, and positioning
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, you’ll be expected to drive and deliver campaigns independently.
• Ability to be in our Milton Keynes office 2–3 days per week (non-negotiable)

Nice to Have

• Worked with a well-known coach or leader, personal brand, or founder-led business
• Experience in the coaching, consulting, or transformation industry
• Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Go High Level, Kajabi or similar platforms
• Team leadership experience or ability to manage freelancers
