The Role
We are seeking an experienced product marketer to develop, lead, and execute the GTM strategy for Morningstar DBRS credit rating products and services in our EMEA market. This role involves delivering data-driven market insights, defining product positioning and messaging, and executing demand generation campaigns to identify growth opportunities in key markets. Initially reporting to one direct report, this position offers opportunities for leadership growth within a rapidly expanding region, impacting one of Morningstar’s largest business units.
The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee all product marketing activities in the EMEA region, serve as a subject matter expert to regional leads, and drive regional pipeline growth. Collaboration across teams such as Business Development, Brand, and Event Marketing will be essential to advancing initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have experience in developing campaigns and GTM strategies within financial services or related sectors, with the ability to translate strategies into ROI-driven demand campaigns. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration are required.
This role reports to the Global Senior Product Marketing Manager in New York and can be based in Frankfurt, Madrid, or London, with a hybrid work policy of at least 3 days onsite per week.
