Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in the biopharmaceutical industry to lead our offline marketing activities across the EU and US regions. This role will focus on driving marketing events and initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering growth in these key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events. This role will also require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the corporate global marketing team to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute EU and US conferences and tradeshows, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement. Lead the organization of self-hosted workshops, including speaker coordination and logistics. Collaborate with the corporate team on co-marketing events and support corporate marketing events in Europe. Oversee live webinars, ensuring seamless execution and high audience engagement.
• Content Polishing: Review and refine marketing content in English to align with Western language and cultural norms. Work closely with headquarters to enhance marketing communication quality and impact.
• Marketing Insights and Strategy: Provide regional marketing insights to inform strategy, support marketing development, and implement campaigns to boost brand presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global marketing to ensure aligned efforts. Build relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders to support initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a biologics-related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with experience managing EU and US markets.
• Proven success in managing marketing events and campaigns, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team, with excellent collaboration skills.
• Strategic mindset focused on results and ROI.

Location: Home-based in the UK, native English speaker, with business travel within the EU expected.
