Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in the biopharmaceutical industry to lead our offline marketing activities across the EU and US regions. This role will focus on driving marketing events and initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering growth in these key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events. This role will also require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the global marketing team to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute EU and US conferences and tradeshows, lead the organization of self-hosted workshops, collaborate on co-marketing events, and oversee webinars.
• Content Polishing: Review and improve marketing content to align with Western language and cultural norms, working closely with headquarters.
• Marketing Insights and Strategy: Provide regional insights, support strategy development, and work with cross-functional teams to align efforts. Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Biologics background.
• Experience: At least 5 years in marketing within biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry, managing EU and US markets.
• Skills: Proven success in marketing campaigns, project management, excellent communication, and writing skills.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strategic thinking, results-oriented.

Location: Home-based in the UK, native English speaker, with business travel within the EU expected.
