We’re seeking a strategic and visionary product marketing professional to drive go-to-market strategies in the EMEA region, aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving pipeline, and fostering greater adoption and advocacy of the Fireblocks platform.

About the Role

Fireblocks is looking for a talented Regional Marketing Director to manage integrated marketing strategies across events, content marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns within the EMEA region. Your main duties include strategy development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events.

You will collaborate closely with the regional sales team to understand market priorities and develop impactful brand activations that deliver engaging content through storytelling and creative experiences. Your goal is to raise awareness and generate new business opportunities in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish yourself as a trusted strategic partner with Sales and Account Management teams by translating sales goals into marketing tactics and programs.
  2. Partner with global demand generation and sales teams to build and drive integrated marketing campaigns that support Fireblocks’ growth.
  3. Coordinate regional planning with sales and marketing stakeholders to create campaign and event calendars that increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  4. Own the region’s performance through regular reporting, analysis, and optimization.
  5. Design creative client and prospect experiences at events and integrate these into broader campaigns to enhance conversion.
  6. Develop customer journeys across digital and in-person touchpoints to drive engagement through the marketing funnel.
  7. Manage all aspects of event and campaign coordination, including strategy, messaging, promotion, logistics, vendor relations, and budget management.
  8. Oversee the end-to-end campaign funnel, including sales enablement, email marketing, retargeting, lead tracking, and performance analysis.
  9. Conduct post-campaign evaluations and ROI analysis, sharing insights and recommendations.
  10. Research industry events and digital opportunities, evaluating sponsorships aligned with Fireblocks’ objectives.
  11. Maintain documentation for events and campaigns, including budgets, calendars, and project plans.
  12. Work with sales and demand generation teams to nurture leads and maximize ROI.
  13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of B2B experience in event planning, field marketing, or related marketing roles.
  2. Preferred knowledge of the financial services industry, with additional familiarity in crypto, digital assets, or technology.
  3. Proven success in managing events and marketing campaigns.
  4. Ability to develop cohesive event strategies and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  5. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.
  9. Experience managing large budgets.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  11. Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently.
  12. Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
