Job description

My client is a leading financial services brand undergoing significant change and digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader with exceptional data experience to help them develop and build out their marketing intelligence capability. This position is suitable for someone who blends extensive experience in digital marketing data, business intelligence, and data visualisation with strong leadership and critical thinking. If you’re passionate about enabling data-led decision-making and building future-ready BI solutions, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive BI strategy and will lead a team of BI experts to design and implement scalable, self-serve analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau, enabling real-time, actionable insights across digital, CRM, and ATL marketing.

We're looking for someone with strong BI and reporting experience, familiar with ATL/Digital/CRM measurement, proficient in SQL/Python etc and data visualisation, strong hands on experience with GCP and analytics platforms (eg Adobe) and exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

The role is offered as hybrid, with 2 days/week in the Bristol (or London) offices. A competitive salary and good bonus and benefits are on offer.
