Base pay range

We need a Senior Marketing Manager to replace this one that go promoted - we are looking for someone who is looking to following in their footsteps.

Responsibilities
  • B2C Marketing, retail, volume lead generation and customer acquisition, short sales lifecycles. We are acquiring and adding thousands of customers per month.
  • Familiar with creating, project managing and delivering a packed integrated marketing plan to ensure multiple campaigns, momentum is maintained and never dips.
  • Coordinate multiple consumer channels, including traditional Direct Mail, Email, Ads, and opportunities to work with creative media agencies on TV and Radio advertising.
  • Be open to new creative initiatives, experiment, learn quickly, tweak and adapt. Explain your strategy and the story of your content, and describe how you worked with agencies, what was successful, and how you use data and insights to learn and improve.
  • Share how your B2C, retail background would fit in a role that emphasizes collaboration and a three-day-a-week in-office brainstorming culture.
