About the team and the role:

We are seeking a strategic executive responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, drive customer acquisition, and foster long-term growth in the UK market. This role requires an experienced and dynamic leader who can integrate traditional and digital marketing channels to build a robust marketing presence in the insurance industry while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

How you'll contribute:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and profitability within the competitive UK insurance market.
• Assess market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and drive innovation.

Campaign Management & Execution

• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) from concept to execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable ROI.
• Leverage data analytics and market research to adjust tactics and maximise campaign performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated with overall business goals

Budget & Performance Management

• Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and delivering maximum impact.
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports to executive leadership, adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving market demands.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the marketing ambassador in key industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, building strong relationships with partners, carriers and media
• Work closely with senior management to align marketing plans with the company's growth objectives and competitive positioning

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience of managing a team
• Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale marketing initiatives and multi-channel campaigns that drove significant business results
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
• Confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
