Job description

Founded in 2018 by CPAs, tax attorneys, and software developers, TaxBit is creating an entirely new category to enable widespread compliant adoption of digital assets for the global economy. TaxBit’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform streamlines and automates customers’ tax reporting and accounting activities for digital assets.

Opportunity for Impact

As Taxbit accelerates its European expansion, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Europe to lead the local execution of marketing programs and sales enablement across priority markets. This is a hands-on role for a marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, with the ability to localise and activate global GTM strategies in-region. You will serve as the operational bridge between European stakeholders and global marketing teams, ensuring executional excellence and regional relevance across every initiative.

If you’re looking for the opportunity to prove you can do it all - from localisation to execution to stakeholder management - this is your moment to step up, stand out, and make your mark in a high-impact, high-visibility role.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the tactical execution of high-impact marketing programs across B2B, B2G, and partner channels, supporting Taxbit’s go-to-market success in Europe. As the “eyes and ears” of the region, you’ll adapt global programs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and support in-region activations and events that resonate with European audiences and comply with regulatory frameworks.

You’ll collaborate closely with central teams (Demand Gen, Program Management, Content, RevOps) and in-market stakeholders (Sales, SMEs, Partners), offering local insight and ensuring program fit. Crucially, you’ll also manage stakeholder expectations and confidently push back when needed to protect priorities, timelines, and execution quality.

Role and Responsibilities

Bring Global GTM Programs to market Locally:
Deploy and adapt global programs across the European region, managing timelines, asset localisation, delivery, and reporting in collaboration with central and regional stakeholders.

Localise Content and Messaging:
Localise and adapt messaging and assets to align with regional market nuances, regulatory considerations, and buyer expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution:
Build local influence, executional excellence, and serve as the point of contact between local stakeholders and central teams (e.g. Demand Gen, Content, Events, RevOps), ensuring program alignment and executional fit.

Develop, Align & Maintain Regional Integrated Marketing Calendar:
Track regional marketing initiatives, events, programs, and asset needs within an integrated calendar aligned to the global roadmap.

Provide Market Insight & Learnings:
Act as the local voice, sharing market feedback, buyer insight, regulatory updates and program performance, back to global teams to inform GTM strategy and program optimisation and future planning.

Professional Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B Enterprise marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or RegTech. tech. B2G (Public Sector) experience is a plus.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets with a demonstrated ability to adapt global campaigns for regional relevance.
  • A strong executional mindset with proven campaign/project delivery capabilities
  • High attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global and regional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, additional EU languages a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with marketing tech stacks (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Comfortable working with global teams, excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Personal Characteristics

  • Proactive, hands-on executor with strong attention to detail.
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to nuances of working across geographies
  • A collaborative mindset who thrives on making global programs land locally.
  • Flexible, curious and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast moving environment.

Thebase salary range for this role is £66,000 - £90,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
