Our clients Music & Artist Marketing team seeks a highly experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute global campaigns that connect artists and fans authentically and compellingly. In this role, you will strategically position them as the premier platform for artists to reach, engage, and grow their audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop, manage, and lead innovative global marketing strategies and campaigns to amplify artist visibility, foster fan engagement, and position for our Music as a key partner within the music industry.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Partnerships, Creative, PR, Product, and Content to create cohesive artist-centric marketing initiatives.
  • Artist & Industry Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with artists, labels, management teams, industry professionals, and strategic partners to drive high-impact artist activations and collaborations.
  • Brand & Product Storytelling:
  • Develop narratives that effectively communicate our unique value proposition to artists, fans, and industry partners through campaigns, events, and digital activations.
  • Insight & Analytics:
  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to inform and optimise campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee marketing budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within allocated resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or artist/music marketing within the entertainment, music streaming, digital media, or tech industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful global music campaigns and artist activations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the digital music landscape, streaming platforms, and evolving industry trends.
  • Strong existing relationships within the music industry, including labels, artists, managers, and strategic partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities and experience in building culturally impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate insights into strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
