Job Description:

A B2C financial services provider is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement the marketing and digital strategy. The role is to drive growth and help the business achieve it’s ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Keep all content updated on the website
• Prepare all external communications including the issuing and creation of monthly newsletter and marketing mailouts, blogs and content for customer base
• Develop and executing campaigns for email marketing, paid search marketing, search engine marketing, website, social media, and SMS
• Track all conversion efficiently via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Development and management of PPC campaigns (Google Adwords / Bing/Facebook)
• Ability to report on campaign outcomes and deliver leads to the business against an agreed CPL and CPA
• Keyword research and creation of ads on the various platforms
• Support sales team with relevant content / collateral
• Team management

Requirements:

• 5+ years marketing experience in B2C financial services ideally
• Good analytical skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc
• Knowledge of planning and building dynamic campaigns
• A genuine passion for all things Paid Media and digital
• Hands-on PPC experience
• Good written, analytical & verbal communication skills
• Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team
