Senior Marketing Manager Tech Scale-Up

£50,000 £55,000 Remote (1 day/week in Bristol)

We re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech company entering a pivotal next phase of their journey. As they move into "scale mode", they need a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to guide their brand, messaging, and customer engagement through this exciting transition.

The Opportunity
You ll lead the charge in refining and evolving the brand, value proposition, and customer messaging ensuring it aligns with the business s growth ambitions. Working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams, you ll be instrumental in building a consistent narrative that resonates with customers and accelerates revenue.
What You ll Focus On:
  • Brand & Value Proposition Lead the evolution of the brand to reflect the next chapter of growth.
  • Sales Enablement & Sales Partnering Equip the commercial team with the tools, content and insights they need to close deals.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Deliver targeted campaigns that speak directly to high-value prospects.
  • Customer Messaging Shape clear, differentiated messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Marketing Strategy Provide senior-level input across the full marketing mix to help guide the department s direction.
What We re Looking For:
  • A proven marketing generalist with experience across brand, demand gen, content, and enablement.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up tech business is essential you understand the pace, the challenges, and the opportunities.
  • Someone comfortable with autonomy, able to take ownership and operate both strategically and tactically.
  • Strong stakeholder management and an ability to partner effectively with sales teams.
