Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Billericay – Essex. (Hybrid working 2 days office based)

At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we're dedicated to cherishing every moment and providing exceptional care that supports residents to live each day to the full. Since our inception in 1997, we've been committed to delivering outstanding care across all our homes in England and Wales.

The Role:

Create a national marketing proposition and bring it to life in 22+ locations (and growing!) around England and Wales while maintaining a national strategy.

Ability to create that brand and ensure brand consistency is delivered across a multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Management of brand strategy (global to local) for luxury or lifestyle brands.
  • Creative & Campaign Expertise: Proven ability to develop compelling brand assets, direct photoshoots, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Digital & Multi-Channel Marketing: Awareness of digital channels, proven experience delivering integrated campaigns. This role will be mainly responsible for the offline piece.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Experienced in leading teams, aligning marketing initiatives across multiple locations, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Luxury & Multi-Site Experience: Background in premium hospitality, leisure, retail, or entertainment brands preferred.
  • Client-Side Experience: Previous experience in senior marketing, campaign, or brand manager roles within an in-house or client-side environment.

Key Criteria:

  • Ability to own and create the marketing strategy.
  • Engage operational teams locally, considering geographical challenges and audiences.
  • Build a suite of assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Experience working in a luxury/high-end brand.
  • Experience in a multi-site, high footfall B2C environment.
  • Focus on offline/traditional marketing.
  • Experience working with third parties.
  • Knowledge of print, communications, radio, TV, and out-of-home marketing.

  • A creative thinker who can incorporate ideas from outside the sector to enhance the Hallmark experience in line with the business positioning.
  • A problem-solver eager to take on new challenges.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
