Senior Marketing Manager (3–5 Days per Week)

She Grows Veg is a fast-growing, purpose-led startup on a mission to help as many people as possible grow their own food. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive forward our marketing strategy as we continue to grow.

This is a flexible role (3–5 days per week) with hybrid working options. You’ll play a vital role in shaping and executing our marketing activities, helping to build a thriving community of home-growers and food lovers. Your line manager will be our CEO, Kate, who has 25 years of experience in marketing and will be involved as you are onboarded and a constant source of support.Kate will enable you to flourish and grow in your career and will allow your hunger for amazing marketing to take on more as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the marketing strategy across digital channels
• Manage and mentor our marketing assistant
• Oversee external partners including a marketing agency and PR/marketing freelancers
• Plan and create engaging content for social media, email, and other platforms
• Manage and report on marketing performance and key metrics
• Coordinate PPC, SEO, and digital advertising efforts (we have an agency to execute on our strategy)
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand partnerships
• Represent the brand at key events like the Chelsea Flower Show
• Collaborate with exciting, like-minded brands on joint campaigns

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and email marketing
• Proficiency in video content creation for social channels and copywriting
• Experience using marketing tools (particularly Klaviyo and analytics platforms)
• Confident managing freelancers, agencies, and junior team members
• Analytical and data-driven with a creative eye
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation
• A personal interest in sustainability, food growing, or lifestyle brands
