Are you a versatile B2C marketer with and a flair for Adobe CS and experience rolling out cross-channel campaigns?

A leading leisure brand with over 100 locations across the UK and internationally has partnered with Brand Recruitment to find a Senior Marketing Executive to cover a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for a current Marketing Executive ready to step up into a new role or for someone looking to move into a more dynamic, fast-paced sector.

The Senior Marketing Executive Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will help shape and deliver campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive footfall and boost sales. This hands-on role combines national digital strategy with support for local venue activity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print and social

Create compelling content for social media, websites and email

Manage paid social and PPC to drive traffic and conversions

Partner with local site managers to support venue-level marketing

Work with designers and agencies to develop engaging assets

Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance

Support with events, PR, and influencer activity as needed

About You

Experienced in multi-channel marketing, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or retail

Skilled across social channels

Basic awareness of SEO and PPC

Strong copywriting skills and creative flair

High level of proficiency on Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communicator across teams and stakeholders

This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The role is commutable from Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Bedford, Dunstable, Towcester and across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.
