Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Customer Journey, our Senior Marketing Executive - Customer Experience will join the team responsible for our industry-leading approach to Customer Experience, Branding, Customer Insights and In-flight Marketing.
In this highly demanding and exciting role, you’ll have a direct impact on brand awareness, commercial success and customer retention, helping to ensure every Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customer enjoys a VIP experience. There’s huge variety and an opportunity to learn within this role and it will offer the opportunity to build your own personal portfolio of projects.
