Job Description
This role involves developing and executing customer communication strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities. The candidate will work closely with sales, account management, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in marketing or communications with relevant degree or experience.

- Strong copywriting skills for engaging customer communications.
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Basic HTML knowledge or willingness to learn.
