Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to immediately take ownership of 3-4 key client accounts, hitting the ground running and contributing significantly to our continued success. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across a broad spectrum of services, ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives.
As a key member of the marketing team, this role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, working alongside two other Senior Marketing Executives, one Digital Marketing Manager and one Marketing Assistant. As a senior member of the team, we expect you to set high standards within the team, be proactive and forward-thinking, and contribute to growing the company. Therefore, we are looking for someone with previous experience who can hit the ground running to help shape this role further.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Executive.
- Agency experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable expertise across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, social media management, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.
- Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms.
- A passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and evolve.
- Experience in content creation to produce content plans, videos and editing skills for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with 3-4 key client accounts, acting as their primary marketing contact.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, aligning with client goals and Creative Pod's service offerings.
- Conduct thorough marketing audits and develop strategic marketing plans.
- PPC and social ads are highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of SEO optimisation.
- Manage social media presence and content strategies for clients, working on key channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads.
- Develop and implement PR distribution and build relationships with local journalists and publications.
- Produce high-quality copywriting for various platforms, including blogs, website content, and award entries.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, and having experience in audience segmentation and audience flows is preferable.
- Explore and implement influencer marketing strategies where appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage traditional advertising efforts, including print, out-of-home, and direct mail.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics (GA4) and reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, web development, and the sales team, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings.
- Contribute to the agency's overall growth and reputation through exceptional client service and innovative thinking.
- Attend and contribute to the Marketing Management Meetings, bringing strategic ideas to drive the team and the business.
- Where relevant, help to organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Where relevant, source and secure sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
- Work closely with the in-house design team to create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, billboards and adverts.
