COREcruitment is working with a dynamic and growing multi-site bar group in London, known for our vibrant venues, exceptional cocktails, and experiences. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, increase footfall, and enhance our digital and offline presence.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies across our bar group. You will be responsible for brand positioning, content creation, digital marketing, PR, and event promotions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure our marketing efforts align with our business goals and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, bookings, and footfall across all five venues.
• Manage and execute social media strategy, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
• Oversee website updates, SEO strategies, and email marketing campaigns to ensure brand consistency and lead generation.
• Collaborate with venue managers and the wider operations team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, liaising with journalists, media contacts, and influencers to generate positive press coverage.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Create engaging content, including photography, videography, and written copy, to maintain a strong and appealing brand presence.
• Work on event marketing, supporting promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage budgets, ensuring all marketing activities provide a strong ROI.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitors to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, nightlife, or F&B sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Experience in PR, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a passion for hospitality, nightlife, and guest experiences.
• Knowledge of London’s bar scene and an understanding of customer demographics and trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
