Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive for a fast–growing company based in Brighton.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong customer service skills, great written communication, and a flexible, team–focused mindset.
You'll need marketing experience, be confident with Microsoft Office, and able to work from our Brighton office 1–2 days a week, with some UK travel.
Bonus if you have experience with print, CMS, CRM, volunteers, or the UK travel sector.

DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver the magazine on schedule.
- Review and approve digital content for the website.
- Manage and support interest–based groups, including volunteer coordination and event planning.
- Create and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social media, and print.
- Design and send campaign emails to promote community activities.
- Develop content for social media and community publications.
- Maintain and update website pages using CMS tools.
- Support volunteers at events in collaboration with the events team.
- Handle group inboxes and calls, providing administrative and customer service support.
- Monitor and update marketing assets and communication channels regularly.
- Gather and analyse feedback to guide content and engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data protection, and marketing regulations.
- Attend occasional offsite and out–of–hours meetings.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Possess excellent written communication skills with proofreading experience.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high–quality customer service.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be able to work from our Brighton office 1–2 days per week and travel for meetings across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
- Have a background in print design.
- Show interest and/or knowledge of the UK travel market.
- Be familiar with drafting or managing contract agreements.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
- Have experience using CMS systems.
- Possess knowledge of tools such as (url removed) and Typeform.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Be confident with all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
