Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Hagley, Stourbridge (4 days in, 1 from home)

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 p/a DoE

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is working with a fast-paced, national marketing agency specializing in corporate events and internal communications. We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to play a key role in their in-house marketing team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proactively drive, write, engage, and track the social media strategy across all channels, promoting internal engagement.
2. Raise brand awareness, ensuring consistent consideration, alignment, and integration of the brand into campaigns and projects.
3. Develop and deliver a diverse content plan including PR, case studies, blogs, and award entries.
4. Write high-standard copy.
5. Drive the SEO strategy aligned with marketing growth objectives, including website content, lead generation, and analytics reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
2. Must have experience managing multi-channel social media for a fast-paced organization.
3. Proven ability in content writing and implementing marketing initiatives with measurable ROI.
