Senior Marketing Executive

Base Salary – £31k FTE / £17.5k pro-rata (21 hours/week)

Role Overview:

Oscar have partnered with a global leader in digital signage and interactive software solutions, trusted by top-tier clients across retail, transportation, and hospitality. As they continue to scale, they’re on the lookout for a flexible, creative, and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support and execute the CEO’s marketing vision.

This is a part-time, remote role (21 hours/week), ideal for a self-sufficient marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS. You’ll be responsible for delivering campaigns across email, social media, blogs, and more, bringing the brand to life through compelling content and structured campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver and execute marketing activity in line with CEO-led strategy

· Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp, Dotdigital, or similar tools

· Publish and optimise blog content and website pages using CMS

· Drive social media content and engagement across key channels

· Design digital assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

· Utilise Hubspot CRM for campaign performance and lead nurturing

· Report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)

Requirements:

· 2–4 years’ experience at Marketing Executive level

· Background in B2B SaaS marketing (essential)

· Remote working (occasional HQ visits)

· Flexible 21 hours/week schedule

· £17.5k salary (pro-rata from £31k FTE)
