Job Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have 2 years of marketing experience and a passion for food, digital campaigns, and brand growth? This newly created Senior Marketing Executive role offers the chance to take the next step in your career within a values-led, innovative FMCG environment.

Location: Gateshead (Team Valley)

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Travel: 2 days per month to Dumfries & Galloway

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team, you'll support well-known food brands that are loved across the UK. The wider business is part of a global food group owned by a charitable trust, with all profits reinvested into good causes—making your work part of something bigger.

You'll be joining a dynamic and commercially focused team that blends the pace and creativity of a start-up with the structure and stability of a well-established organisation. With significant investment in new product development and over 30 brands planned for launch, it’s a great time to come on board.

THE ROLE

Reporting into a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns and product launches across two key brands in the group. The role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery—offering real variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
  • Support product launches and new brand activity
  • Create engaging content and support direct-to-consumer communications
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
  • Manage packaging sign-off and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing key insights
  • Help build brand engagement through social media and promotional activity

YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

I'm looking for a proactive and hands-on marketer with strong digital awareness and an appetite for learning in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll Bring:

  • Around 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG or a related sector
  • Solid understanding of digital channels, including social media and content management
  • Experience supporting the launch of new products or campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • A marketing degree or professional qualification (desirable)
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A full UK driving licence is essential

You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, ambition, and ethical conduct—where your contribution directly supports the success of purpose-led brands. It’s an exciting step for someone looking to grow their marketing career in a business that’s committed to innovation and positive impact.
