About Our Client

Property Developer in London who are looking to hire a marketing executive.

Job Description

  • Manage the content of Divisional web pages and property portal pages.
  • Write fresh and engaging web, paid social, and digital content, combining this with high-quality imagery/video assets and ensuring compliance with Brand policy.
  • Create engaging CRM emails and SMS.
  • Utilise group systems and suppliers to book media and create collateral.
  • Ensure media and creative costings are input and maintained on rolling divisional marketing plan.
  • Assist in analysing the performance of marketing activity.
  • Attend weekly marketing calls with the regional marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in the delivery of the divisional PR plan in conjunction with PR agency.
  • Assist with the implementation of site marketing, including Show Home launches and events.
  • Attend site visits as and when required to support performance.
  • Upload development-specific video content to YouTube.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally a marketing qualification; however, training will be provided.
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • High level of IT literacy with the ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems.
  • Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with analytical capability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.
