You’ll play a key role in connecting senior decision-makers with cutting-edge solution providers through high-quality, conference-led networking experiences.

Role Overview

  • Write compelling copy for email campaigns, event websites, social posts, and marketing collateral, tailored for c-suite/senior B2B audiences.
  • Drive delegate acquisition strategies using data-led insights, segmentation, and automation tools (HubSpot)
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and registration conversions.
  • Support the development of media and industry partnerships that amplify event visibility.
  • Contribute to the content strategy by aligning speaker and agenda promotion with marketing messaging.
  • Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (PPC, social media, retargeting, etc.).
  • Play a key role in refining and evolving PNE’s overall brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within events, media, or professional services.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Proven experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and campaign analytics (HubSpot/Salesforce preferable)
  • A strategic mindset with creative flair and a commercial approach to campaign delivery.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-driven thinking and an understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience with social media management and content planning especially for LinkedIn.
  • A collaborative, curious, and ambitious attitude.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and confident presenting ideas to stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • A chance to work on high-impact events that drive real-world innovation and change.
  • A collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Real opportunities for career development as we expand our international presence.
  • Hybrid working options (depending on role).
