Job description

We are looking for an experienced, creative, confident, and highly organized Senior Marketing Executive with experience in the built environment or a professional services environment.

Location: Manchester

Working as part of our Business Development and Marketing team, this role will provide advice and hands-on support across the company’s 15 offices and eight services. We seek an individual who will proactively contribute to a wide range of business development and marketing initiatives, working across various mediums including collateral, web content, video, podcast, PR, and business development activities.

The ideal candidate will bring a curious mindset and a collaborative approach—thriving in a fast-paced environment full of evolving challenges and opportunities. A commercial mindset and knowledge of how B2B/professional services marketing contributes to work winning, customer acquisition, and advocacy are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shaping the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Drafting, editing, and publishing external communications for all channels
• Identifying opportunities for communications
• Developing, updating, and managing marketing collateral in collaboration with our Creative Design team
• Supporting PR activities, working with our PR agency
• Drafting press releases
• Managing project communications and liaising with stakeholders
• Supporting national events
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
• Using business development insights to inform marketing outputs
• Encouraging best practice in business development planning and execution

Candidate Profile:

Proactive, able to work independently, with exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. Must work well under pressure, prioritize effectively, and have excellent written English, attention to detail, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of web content management systems is required; familiarity with InDesign and experience working with PR agencies are advantageous. Knowledge of work-winning strategies and routes to market is also beneficial.
