A leading independent broking group in the UK is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their remote team. This role involves creating marketing strategies, managing budgets, and building stakeholder relationships to drive growth and deliver on marketing objectives. The Jensten Group Marketing team are looking for a bright, inquisitive, and self-starting Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing and driven Marketing Team.

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will report into our driven and experienced Marketing Manager, working with our high performing and energetic Marketing team. You can be based anywhere in the UK as this is a remote position with occasional travel to your stakeholders office.
The main purpose of this role is to create and deliver a full spectrum marketing service that supports the growth ambitions of The Jensten Group in hitting its business objectives.
You will work with our Underwriting businesses, to create and deliver marketing plans that enable them to better communicate the products and services they provide to their key broker audiences, thus driving organic growth.
You will also oversee and manage the marketing budget for your stakeholder campaigns, monitor and analyse the performance of the marketing channels, produce engaging and relevant content for the website and social media platforms, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As our Senior Marketing Executive, you will need to be a creative thinker, have the ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally, to disseminate complex detail into simple and straightforward communications and the capability to multi task.
We are looking to attract somebody with proven experience of managing B2C/B2B campaigns within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered) and the ability to understand the proposition, products and services being offered.
