Caudwell Ltd in Mayfair seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to drive campaigns, collateral, content and events for our super-prime residential portfolio, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager. Based at our Head Office in Mayfair, you will combine luxury brand sensibility with hands-on delivery, using AI creative tools to enhance campaigns and keep pace with a small, fast-moving team.

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Marketing Executive provides hands‑on support across the Marketing team's workstreams, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to bring campaigns, collateral, content and events to life across Caudwell's super‑prime residential portfolio. Sitting within a small, close‑knit team based at our Head Office in Mayfair, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the world's most sought‑after addresses.

We're looking for a creative and commercially driven marketer who will bring solid delivery experience from a marketing executive role. With an instinct for luxury/ premium aesthetics, you’ll also have genuine curiosity about AI creative tools and the confidence to put them into practice, plus the energy to keep pace with a small but fast‑moving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branded items and collateral as required, including full production of all print & digital materials
• Manage print media schedules, Paid Social & PPC campaigns, working closely with the assigned agencies
• Own the day‑to‑day content calendar and posting across organic social media channels for all properties
• Draft blog and email campaign content, including first drafts and management of AI writing tools.
• Coordinate photography and videography shoots for show apartments and manage resulting assets.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools (i.e. Claude, ChatGPT, Luma AI) to enhance workflows, photography or create/dress spaces.
• Provide data pulls and draft reports for the wider Marketing team.
• Support PR events, sales activations and stakeholder events with on‑the‑ground activation logistics in London and the South of France
• Manage invoices and day‑to‑day budget admin for relevant workstreams.
• Travel as required to the Cote d’Azur for relevant projects, partnerships and photoshoots.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar delivery‑focused role, ideally within luxury, property, or a comparable premium consumer sector.
• Creative instincts, with a keen eye for interior design, premium brands or elevated aesthetics
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across several properties/brands simultaneously.
• Experience working with external agencies, from brief through to sign‑off, across marketing collateral, events, social media and digital campaigns.
• Confident working with, or keen to learn, AI‑assisted creative tools (e.g. Luma AI) for image enhancement and content generation.
• Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), CMS/website tools (WordPress), and reporting/analytics tools (GA4) preferred
• Analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign outcomes and identify data trends
• High attention to detail and strong brand awareness, given the super‑prime/UHNW audience.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach, comfortable supporting a small team at pace.
