Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who blends creativity with digital know-how.

  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays!
  • Flexible hours - extra day off every 2-weeks

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead our digital marketing activity across social media, web, email and CRM.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand love.
  • Design and update our website (think landing pages, visuals, UX improvements).
  • Own our email marketing strategy – from automation flows to newsletter content.
  • Create standout graphics and assets for campaigns, socials, and the website.
  • Manage our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) to improve customer journeys.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in a marketing role with hands-on experience across the full digital mix.
  • A strong grasp of social media strategy, paid and organic.
  • Web design know-how – WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Confidence in creating and sending email campaigns that perform.
  • Solid design skills – Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
