Salary: GBP30000 - GBP35000 per annum + Hybrid working

About the Role:
As part of our dynamic marketing team, you’ll lead top-of-funnel marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. From managing social media and content creation to executing events and marketing campaigns, you’ll be instrumental in building our brand and attracting new clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral
• Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of all sponsorships and strategic partnerships
• Optimise digital content for SEO and PPC performance
• Manage email marketing and marketing automation strategies
• Plan and deliver internal and external events
• Produce marketing performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights to track key metrics, analyse trends, and support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and mentor junior team members
• Maintain and update company websites

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, positive, and innovative mindset
• Experience with CMS, SEO tools, and marketing analytics is a plus
• Strong IT skills, including google analytics, website maintenance etc
• Proficient in using CapCut and similar editing video tools for content creation

Desirable skills and knowledge:

• Understanding of Google ads
• Experience in SEMrush
• Meta Business Suite: Familiarity with paid ads
• Experience with Hootsuite
• CRM Systems: Experience using CRM tools to manage campaigns and track engagement
• Experience using event platforms such as Meetup and Eventbrite
• PPC Management: Ability to manage and collaborate with external PPC agency.
