Senior Marketing Executive

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll be instrumental in delivering compelling, multi-channel campaigns that drive audience engagement and support commercial goals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work across digital marketing, content, communications, and event promotion to help deliver campaigns that are creative, data-driven, and results-focused.

This role provides hands-on experience across all areas of modern marketing within a collaborative team and a supportive environment, with opportunities to contribute ideas and take ownership of key areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activity across digital, print, email, and social channels.
  • Content Development: Write and edit engaging content for web, email, collateral, and social media.
  • Digital Marketing: Help deliver paid media activity, website updates, SEO optimisation, and analytics tracking.
  • Social Media: Manage content calendars, create posts, and drive engagement across platforms.
  • Email Campaigns: Build and schedule email communications, monitor performance, and adjust strategy where needed.
  • Website Management: Keep web pages up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Stakeholder Support: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing deliverables are met.
  • Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour.
  • Event Marketing: Support promotional activity pre-, during, and post-event, including registration drives and exhibitor campaigns.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to enquiries and provide professional and timely customer support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a marketing career. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, collaborating across teams, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with digital tools and marketing platforms
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
  • An understanding of content creation, basic design, and social media platforms
  • An analytical approach and the ability to interpret campaign data

Beneficial Experience (not required):

  • Use of CRM or marketing automation systems
  • Website content management systems (CMS)
  • Design software (e.g. Canva or similar)
  • Previous experience in B2B or events marketing
