We're looking for a senior marketing designer or a highly experienced mid-weight looking to step into a senior role with the creative maturity and skills to work independently with minimal direction.
As part of our high-performing marketing team spread across UK & AU and reporting to the Head of Design (AU), you'll bring campaigns, communications, and brand touchpoints to life. Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Design and deliver impactful creative — You don't just follow a brief—you take it further. You bring original thinking and craft compelling visual solutions that get noticed.
- Collaborate from concept to execution — You work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to create cohesive, high-performing assets across all formats—from social posts and web pages to ads, presentations, and event collateral.
- Own and drive your work independently — You manage projects with confidence, moving things forward, making smart decisions, and engaging the right people at the right time.
- Raise the bar on craft — You care deeply about quality, championing design excellence and pushing for refinement at every stage.
- Help improve how we work — You actively seek ways to improve our design processes and workflows, helping the team work faster and smarter while raising standards.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- 3+ years of design experience (agency, advertising or in-house preferred)
- Formal design education (graphic design, visual communication or similar) preferred
- Strong experience with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Webflow
- Experience designing across a range of digital and print formats is essential
- A high level of design sensibility and attention to detail, with mastery of typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Personal responsibility & sense of urgency - you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
- A growth mindset - we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this
- Bonus: Background in construction - this isn’t necessary, but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology
