Senior Marketing Data Analytics Analyst (building MMM's with Python/r)

Location: West London, 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH

Contract: 6 months, start ASAP (weeks notice)

Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in marketing data analysis, including 2 years building Marketing Mix Models (MMM's) using regression analysis, Python/r, SQL, and data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau. Experience in the media subscription sector (e.g., VoD/AVOD streaming services) or consultancies providing MMM is a plus.

Team Focus

The team focuses on programming strategy, marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, research, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, design, and implement MMM's, experimentation, and geo-testing to measure marketing impact.
  2. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Research teams to identify measurement opportunities and build measurement roadmaps.
  3. Partner with global Analytics teams on model alignment and methodology development.
  4. Provide strategic recommendations for media mix optimization to guide future campaigns.
  5. Coordinate with media owners and review media plans.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum 4 years in marketing data analysis, with 2 years building MMM's.
  2. Experience with regression analysis, Python/r, SQL, and visualization tools.
  3. Experience in the media subscription sector or MMM consultancy experience is advantageous.
  4. Proven ability to build multiple MMM's, conduct A/B tests, and apply statistical modeling techniques.
  5. Proficiency in Python and/or R.
  6. Strong SQL skills, familiar with data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks).
  7. Ability to translate technical results into clear presentations and actionable insights.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior stakeholders.
