ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Data Analyst role. With a robust understanding of marketing data analytics in a professional services context, you’ll be instrumental in driving marketing strategies through analyzing client behaviour, market trends and competitor activity. You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner and international colleagues to align data insights with the firm's objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Use advanced data engineering tools to collect, clean, and process large datasets from internal and external databases.
• Design and implement data collection strategies that align with the firm's key client demographics and practice areas.
• Undertake competitor research to understand the firm's market position and emerging trends in the legal space, identifying new opportunities for client engagement and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse complex data and use statistical methods and machine learning to forecast client behaviour and market trends.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and client engagement, and present actionable recommendations on marketing spend and client outreach.
• Monitor and analyse the client engagement journey, identifying areas for improvement.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Current / recent experience in a senior marketing data analyst role within a law firm (preferred), or other professional services (partnership environment).
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or similar.
• Strong understanding of legal or professional services marketing, including client segmentation and campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
