Full Time | Multi Property Role - London Based + Regular Travel to Ibiza | Competitive Salary & Benefits
We believe that hotels should be more than just places to sleep—they should be destinations, experiences, and moments in time that guests remember long after they leave. That’s why we challenge the status quo, bringing bold ideas, unconventional luxury, and immersive culture to everything we do. Whether it’s a buzzing lobby, an unforgettable dining experience, or a rooftop that becomes the city’s go-to spot, we create spaces that are as dynamic as the people who visit them.
We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Marketing & Culture Manager for The Standard, London & Ibiza who embodies our Anything but Standard ethos.
At The Standard, we celebrate individuality, diversity, and creativity. We believe in hiring people, not just CVs. If you’re ready to be part of something truly unique, we’d love to meet you.
Your role
As our Senior Marketing & Culture Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day strategic management of the Marketing & Culture Departments in London and Ibiza. Working under the direction of the Marketing and Culture Director in London, with the senior hotel management team in Ibiza, and where required, the Hyatt Lifestyle Group marketing team in New York, you will conceptualise, deliver and coordinate a diverse range of marketing initiatives and services for the hotels—with a focus on driving brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy, as well as growing direct room revenue (London & Ibiza) and filling the F+B spaces (Ibiza).
On a day-to-day basis, you will support the wider needs of both hotels, including the restaurants and bars, with promotional campaigns. You'll also be the point of contact for all digital marketing strategy, ad creation, and design—covering digital content, flyers, signage, newsletters, etc.—and oversee the creation of in-house collateral and materials. You will manage property-dedicated campaigns and content, including regular photo shoots and editorials across both properties.
You’ll oversee the digital presence of both hotels. For our social channels, you’ll lead the delivery of the content strategy and decide on the selection of visuals and copy, as well as oversee the storytelling elements of each property’s website. Our Marketing team in New York will be on hand remotely to amplify these efforts—both paid and organic—and help create engaging and exciting social content and brand-level campaigns that resonate with both locations.
You will also manage the briefing of PR agencies to ensure they are delivering regular media coverage for the hotels and their F&B outlets across key publications and press targets. You will be responsible for inviting appropriate talent to the hotels, regularly hosting, and should have a solid understanding of the influencer and VIP landscape.
Do you have what it takes to be our Senior Marketing & Culture Manager at The Standard
This isn’t a ‘standard’ marketing job (pun intended). We need someone with miles and miles of personality, energy, and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and you know how to keep your cool when things get busy. You’re as comfortable hosting a high-profile event as you are digging into marketing reports to demonstrate ROI—and you always find creative ways to drive results.
In addition to this you will also need…
We are defined by our richness of personality and diversity of background and lifestyle. So if you think you have what it takes to be our next Senior Marketing & Culture Manager we’d love to meet you.
