Job Description:

With Intelligence is looking for a Senior Marketing & CRM Data Executive to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns for its portfolio of asset management events, ensuring attendee and award entry targets are exceeded.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful events, contributing ideas, supporting sales targets, and managing CRM integration and data accuracy across platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for each event, including email, social, and digital strategies.
  2. Manage marketing planning, collaborate across departments, and ensure timely launches.
  3. Write compelling marketing copy tailored to audience segments, using data insights.
  4. Manage design assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  5. Coordinate with the Delegate Engagement Team on event positioning and content.
  6. Analyze campaign performance and audience data to optimize efforts.
  7. Conduct post-event analysis and report findings.
CRM and Data Management Responsibilities
  1. Manage CRM integrations, ensuring data flow is clean and consistent.
  2. Oversee data hygiene and lead cleanup initiatives.
  3. Establish processes for data management and segmentation based on personas and demographics.
  4. Improve workflows, system integrations, and connections.
  5. Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
  6. Collaborate with automation teams for CRM alignment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B events environment.
  • Knowledge of the full marketing mix.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic.
  • Experience with databases, data selection, and segmentation.
