A bit about what you will do...

This is an exciting and varied role where you will work closely with various divisions in the hotel and head office to support the hotel's commercial objectives through effective marketing strategies across appropriate channels. You will report jointly to and work very closely with the Group Director of Marketing & Communications and the hotel General Manager to execute press and influencer plans, oversee photography and videography for the hotel and third parties, and manage guest and member communications and collateral. You will also handle digital and social media strategies, advertising management, and execution.

• Guest communications & collateral, including email marketing for database subscribers and members.
• Social media strategy, approval & input to drive conversion (traffic to website), engagement, and community growth.
• Advertising management and execution, including budgeting and timely creation and distribution of assets.
• Food & Beverage marketing and communications to increase awareness, website traffic, and bookings.
• Spa & Wellness marketing to boost awareness and bookings.
• Meetings, Events, and Weddings marketing to drive awareness and bookings.
• Luxury travel marketing targeting specific audiences such as travelers, couples, families, and local wellness seekers. Manage media reviews, hotel stays, and influencer collaborations.
• Photography and videography management, including overseeing shoots, budgets, and digital uploads.
• Digital marketing oversight for brand websites and third-party sites.
• Regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing projects, including content quality control.
• Implement local marketing strategies aligned with the Fairmont brand and collaborate with Accor and Fairmont teams.
• Support head office marketing initiatives as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including in luxury markets.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Deep understanding of social media strategies for engagement and conversion.
• Creative eye aligned with luxury branding standards.
• Technical skills in Adobe Suite (InDesign preferred), Canva, or similar tools.
• Creative writing skills for promotional content and collateral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
