    Veredus is an executive search and interim management recruitment firm. The business focuses on senior level substantive appointments and interims, and leadership and talent assessment within the public sector and associated regulated markets.

    We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications expert who can provide us with 2 days per week (or the equivalent in split days) to help create a marketing strategy aligned to our business and ethos, and then support the delivery thereof. Focus will be on the remainder of 2025 and driving the strategy across our digital ecosystem (website, social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM) as well as driving content creation for newsletters, white papers, articles, case studies/blogs etc.

    This role involves hybrid working so one day per week (likely Thursday) in our offices in Holborn, London would be required.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead on digital marketing activities and produce/drive relevant and engaging content to deliver the strategic digital marketing and communications plan
  • Manage, create and maintain social media accounts, website (via WordPress) and email communications, using engaging and relevant content and SEO strategies to grow followers and digital reach
  • Work alongside the three products and core four sectors to develop and implement digital content plans to support the successful delivery of the Veredus inbound and outreach strategy and communication plan
  • Attend events and the office, capturing and delivering content for all relevant platforms
  • Develop and deliver and work in partnership with colleagues to produce written thought leadership, white papers, news stories, interviews and create and use in newsletters and across digital channels internally and externally.
  • Ensure clear and consistent voice and tonality of the brand across all channels and be the overall brand keeper
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end marketing campaigns, campaign calendars, marketing plans, and timelines in collaboration with the broader team
  • Plan and deliver internal and external email communications
  • Create impactful brochures and presentations for internal and external purposes
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

  • An up-to-date, detailed knowledge of content trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM or Email Marketing platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp) is a plus
  • Experience with management of company intranet
