Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end, full funnel marketing campaigns that demystify Web3 and showcase the engineering behind our products, services and Venture Studio solutions to enterprises, governments, developers, financial institutions, VCs and investors.
- Shape strategic, measurable marketing experiences, oversee campaign workflows from briefs and production through digital social activations, demand generation and events; coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery of high-quality results.
- Hold accountability for agency and vendor management, integration across marketing functions, and quality assurance throughout campaign lifecycles; act as the main liaison between Marketing and Communications shared services and product marketing leads across business units and Venture Studio teams.
- Collaborate with Product teams and Venture Studio to create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features; set objectives, define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption.
- Conduct customer research and apply insights to initiatives; drive the evolution of brand positioning and bring it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with target audiences.
- Work with the Brand team to promote the company as an innovator and with Venture Studio to the press and public; oversee outbound customer-facing communications across website, blog, and social channels.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization; bring insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, technology, and financial/investor markets.
- Support the Venture Studio Group to deepen relationships with key partners; nurture existing relationships and drive adoption through co-marketing efforts.
- Ensure the project team delivers world-class campaigns, overseeing creative, strategy, and go-to-market plans integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, and Legal; lead conversations with internal teams and agency partners including status meetings, presentations and reviews.
- Guide business units' product marketing strategy and Venture Studio teams to develop strategic briefs and maintain direction throughout campaign development; partner with BU product marketing and Venture Studio teams to align on objectives, program requirements, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with project management and marketing shared services leadership to ensure deliverables are on strategy, on time, and within budget; drive integration and identify process improvements.
- Manage approvals and input from multiple stakeholders; oversee production aspects with the project management team to uphold brand identity and ensure consistency while bringing fresh ideas to visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications at a technology company or Account Management experience at an Advertising agency with a strong portfolio in tech or Web3 industries.
- BSc/BA in marketing or MBA; experience with Web3, DAOs and blockchain-native brands.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills; ability to lead multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic vision, creative problem-solving, collaboration & communication, and storytelling expertise.
- Technical proficiency with Google Docs, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Office, Miro, and presentation software.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, resilience, and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows, formats, and optimization for various platforms; experience in uniting a socially diverse and globally distributed remote team.
